As a founder of one of the most quickly growing hospitality tech startups, Brett led BarTrack in celebrating a monumental year in 2022. BarTrack has grown its presence to more than 40 states and international locations and expanded its team by 233% last year following a $10.9M investment in May.

Medium Authority: Thank you for joining us in this interview series. Our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your ‘backstory’?

Brett: “Certainly! My journey in the hospitality industry began when I started working as a bartender during my college days. I fell in love with the vibrant atmosphere, the art of mixology, and the joy of serving customers. After graduating, I realized that there was a need for innovation and efficiency in draft beverage management. That's when the idea for BarTrack was born – to transform the way businesses handle their draft programs. With a passionate team and a drive for excellence, we embarked on a mission to revolutionize the industry.”

Medium Authority: You’ve had a remarkable career journey. Can you highlight a key decision in your career that helped you get to where you are today?

Brett: “One of the pivotal decisions in my career was to surround myself with a talented and diverse team. I firmly believe that success is a team effort, and by bringing together individuals who share our vision, we have been able to achieve remarkable milestones. Building a team of experts in technology, beverage management, and business development has been instrumental in shaping BarTrack into the industry leader it is today. Together, we have brought our innovative solution to the market, making a significant impact on the draft beverage industry.”

Medium Authority: What’s the most impactful initiative you’ve led that you’re particularly proud of?

Brett: One initiative that stands out as incredibly impactful is our focus on draft quality assurance. We understand that providing the best drinking experience to customers is crucial for any establishment. Through our state-of-the-art technology, we have developed a non-intrusive system that monitors key variables such as temperature, pressure, line cleanliness, and draft system health. This ensures that businesses can consistently deliver high-quality draft beverages, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. I take great pride in knowing that we are helping businesses elevate their standards and deliver exceptional experiences to their patrons.
